Licensed Water Plant Operator

The City of McKee is looking to hire licensed water plant operator. 

The Water Plant Operator will be responsible for running and maintaining the water plant during their shift. This job involves both physical labor and sedentary duties, and may require the employee to lift up to 50 pounds. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-Running tests

-Keeping daily logs

-Maintaining water levels

-Cleaning the plant

-Refill chemicals as necessary

Requirements:

-Highschool Diploma, GED, or equivalent

-Valid driver’s license

-Class I or II Water Treatment Plant Operators License

Applications may be picked up at City Hall at 526 Main Street S in McKee and must be returned to City Hall by no later than 4:00 PM on Friday, November 12, 2021.
